Hospitality Circle Group of the Netherlands has acquired Central Florida Design, a Kissimmee interior design business, for an undisclosed price.
The new business, Hospitality Circle Group USA Inc., will operate as three brands: Central Florida Design; Interior Consult, Hotel-Supply; and Hotel-Purchase.com. The brands will focus on the homebuilding industry, the hospitality industry and commercial businesses.
The business is Hospitality Circle Group’s first venture in the United States. The Kissimmee office will be supervised by Bart Kleiman, who will serve as international development manager and who was formally with the parent company in the Netherlands.
